About
Who are 100 Women Strong in Lake County?
100 Women Strong was started in October of 2016 by a small group of long time Lake County residents as a brilliantly simple way to raise money efficiently and quickly for local charities. This newly formed group of women hope to recruit over one hundred women who live, work and love Lake County to bring much needed funds to local charities who make a difference in our neighborhoods.
100 Women Strong in Lake County is made up of women JUST LIKE YOU who want to improve the lives of those living in our community by joining funds with other women to make a real impact in just a couple of hours every three months. To join 100 Women Strong in Lake County, complete a Membership Form and return it via email, or bring it to the next event.
All of the leaders and members of our 100 Women Strong circle are volunteers. 100 Women Strong does not keep any of the money that is collected.
100% of your donation goes directly to the selected charity on the night they are selected!
If you are interested in helping out at a meeting, just let one of our volunteers know when you check in and we’ll gladly accept your help in handing out name tags, passing around the hat, counting ballots, and more. It’s a fun way to get to know more of the generous women in our community.
